The Fred Victor Centre Art Group is a visual arts drop-in located on the corner of Jarvis and Queen St. in downtown Toronto. The central purpose of the Group is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where people can participate in creative expression. Community is strengthened as participants gather to work and share their talent and their knowledge.
