Prison Art 2000

The Prison Arts Foundation, which has just completed its’ 29th Annual Arts Competition, is the only nationally recognized arts in corrections organization which aids and encourages the personal development of convicted offenders through their involement in the arts. This exhibit showcases many forms of inmate art; pencil, watercolour, ink and oils and acrylics from Federal and Provincial Institutions across Canada. Prison Arts strives for inmates/parolees/young offenders to take that first step in recognizing a route to personal change.
